Getting a "Start" on the Garden Season

This year we are giving several varieties of plants the early start they need in the Gannon Hall Greenhouse.  We have over 40 (!) tomato plants at different stages of growth, in addition to smaller numbers of broccoli, basil, parsley, pepper, cucumber, squash, nasturtium, and amaranth plants.

Special thanks to Dr. Jeanette Wilmanski of the Biology Department, for kindly sharing the greenhouse space with us.

Do you grow your own backyard tomatoes?  We will very likely have extra tomato plants available to give away in late April/ early May.  If you are interested, please e-mail Daisy DeCoster [ddecoster@saintpeters.edu] and we'll contact you will availability.
